The Government Commission makes every effort to observe the European Union Data Protection Directive ("Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data").
Under the main principles of the directive, personal data must be processed confidentially, lawfully and fairly; the personal data must be secured, accurate and up to date.
The Government Commission may not disclose personal data relating to users to third parties outside the Government Commission. Personal data shall be only used by the Government Commission in order to reply to notes and inquiries of users. The Government Commission may not compile personal data.
